Villa Sakinlik

Named after its peaceful location, our villa is located in the hills above Ovacik. Although the villa is in a slightly higher location in order to benefit from fantastic views, a car would be of benefit to do some sight seeing. You can call local taxi companies or there is a local taxi call button just across the road from the villa.

The Villa benefits from open plan living downstairs, with your own private swimming pool and private gardens, and an electronic gate to access the car port on site.

The Villa is split over 4 floors, the bedrooms being on the first and second floors, with the ground floor leading out onto the sun deck and pool area. It can sleep up to a maximum of 12 people. There is a basement level which is currently unavailable but we’re hoping to convert it to a games room next year. Unfortunately we do not allow smoking or pets in the villa.

• 4 Double sized bedrooms, all with En-suite facilities, their own balconies and air conditioning;
• 2 of the rooms are fitted as doubles and 2 as twins to allow for guest flexibility;
• The living room has two sofas, each sofa can turn to a double bed. It also has a flat screen TV with internet and DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch over a glass of wine and crisps/popcorn! A solid wood dining table and 8 dining chairs and of course air conditioning for those hot days; 
• Open plan kitchen and living area, with granite breakfast bar /island looking out onto the pool;
• Kitchen equipped with hob and extractor, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, samovar, wine fridge (even an egg boiler) and air-conditioning;
• Pool deck is kitted out with a built-in barbecue and sun loungers;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• Very child and entertainment friendly.
