Reservation and Payment

A 10% non refundable deposit must be made to secure your stay. The balance is due no later than 12 weeks before your departure date. We will send you a reminder email at least one week before the full balance is due to be paid.

Changes & Cancellation

By You:

In the event that you have to cancel your booking, please note that we will not be able to return your deposit or any other monies paid towards your booking. We may at our discretion be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date or accommodation; this may result in additional costs being incurred by you where the new dates fall in a more expensive category.

By Us:

If circumstances beyond our control make the rental home unavailable, then we will advise you as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation of at least comparable standard will be offered if available, or a full refund of monies will be given.

Transfers

Transfers can be arranged by us, and we will make you aware of the costs of these at the time of booking. If you would like to use our service, then you will need to forward a copy of your flight details so that we can arrange this for you; the transfer fee will be payable in cash in resort.  Your driver will be waiting outside the airport, by the main transfer centre, and will have your name on a placard; a fully air conditioned private vehicle will then take you to the accommodation. Our transfer agent will liaise with you for your return pickup.

If you decide to make alterantive transfer arrangements, please let us know the details so that we can ensure delivery of the keys to you on arrival and pick up on departure.

Management Company

We use local management companies in resort to provide the best local assistance for you.  We will provide full contact details to you before arrival.  In the event of any issues, please contact these teams first; you will also have out contact information for any further assistance.
